Privacy Policy

The short version: TopGallery works with your photos entirely on your iPhone. We don't collect, store, sell or share your photos or any personal data about you.

Who we are

TopGallery is developed by Eugenio Sainero Sánchez, based in Spain (“we”). Contact: hola@topgallery.app.

Your photos

• TopGallery asks for access to your photo library so it can show your photos, file them into albums and delete the ones you choose.
• All analysis (duplicates, blurry and dark photos) happens on your device. Photos and the results of the analysis are never uploaded to any server.
• Changes are made through Apple's Photos framework. iOS asks you to confirm every deletion, and deleted photos stay in “Recently Deleted” for 30 days.
• You can change or revoke access at any time in Settings › TopGallery › Photos.

Data we don't collect

TopGallery has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs. We don't build profiles and we don't sell data.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether you have an active purchase. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

App settings

Once a day the app downloads a small settings file from topgallery.app (for example, the daily limit of the free plan). This request contains no personal data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process your IP address briefly to deliver the file and to protect the service from abuse.

Notifications

If you start a free trial, TopGallery can schedule a reminder on your device two days before the trial ends. This notification is created locally and is not sent through any server.

This website

topgallery.app uses no cookies and no analytics. Your language preference is stored only in your browser.

Children

TopGallery doesn't knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we don't hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have any question or want to exercise your rights under the GDPR, write to hola@topgallery.app. You can also contact your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
